DIARY DATES
- Warley MRC open day - Sun Feb 18th 2018
2017 saw a number of members enjoy a trip to the Black Country to see the Warley MRC club rooms and layouts. Being able to 'get up close' to exhibition layouts and talk easily to operators was a plus, as well as coming back with a few 'ideas' for Cutlers Junction.
- L&WMRS - Show Sat 3rd & Sun 4th March 2018
As last year we been invited to have a stand at next years show, Please make a note in your diary as we will be looking again for help in manning the stand.
 - Cardiff MES - Sun 29th April 2018
Following the success of the last two visits to see the Cardiff layouts and railways, Alwyn has arranged a return visit for Sunday 29th April 2018. Please put this in your diaries and let him know nearer the time whether you are able to make it.
 - Lunch on the Severn Valley - Sun 13th May 2018
Tony is again arranging the Severn Valley lunch trip, booking for this needs to be booked early January so please let Tony know if you want to go ASAP.
 - Statfold Barn Railway - Sat 9th June 2018
They are part of the Narrow Gauge Trust  at Ashby Road Tamworth, they run only on 24th March the 9th June and the 8th of September strictly by private invitation only for guests over 10 years of age. I think we could just manage that! The cost is £10 in advance. Again please contact Tony ASAP as application forms need to be submitted early January. We don't need to necessarily all go on the same day. But it is a great opportunity to see loads of live steam of various gauges with free rides for the young at heart.
